Hiring Practice

Our hiring practice at Eagle Employment begins with a comprehensive application and detailed resume. We look for unexplained gaps in employment history or a declining salary history. We are authorized to verify all information, and we stress to our applicants that false statements are grounds for immediate dismissal.

The application assessment is followed by behavioral, situational and skills interviews, as well as reference, education and background checks. Eagle Employment performs drug screening as required by the client, in full compliance with the Minnesota Drug and Alcohol Testing in the Workplace Act.
